Stephanie Roberts has been promoted to Director of Operations. Stephanie has been with Araya since 2013. During her time with Araya, Stephanie has performed many roles, most recently she was our Manager of Account Services. In her new position, Stephanie will manage Araya’s daily operations including our call center, benefit design, new client implementations and account services. Stephanie will continue her efforts to improve quality and services to increase client and member satisfaction.
Vanessa Westfall has been promoted to Account Manager. Vanessa has been with Araya since November 2017 and brings with her fifteen years of customer service experience including seven years in management. Vanessa will be a key contact for our clients and will continue to provide the same high level of service that our clients are accustomed to from Araya.
