Fewer Injured Workers Getting Opioid Prescriptions in Some States

The United States is continuing to deal with a serious painkiller addiction epidemic. A new study shows that fewer injured workers are getting prescriptions for opioids. Painkillers such as OxyContin and Percocet received by injured workers has dropped significantly (between 20-30 percent).
