Important information for members:
- Members should request the test kit at the pharmacy counter.
- Members should present their Araya card when asked for payment.
- If members opt for test kits outside of the network, for example, through Amazon, and pay more than $12.00 per test kit, reimbursement to the member will be capped at $12.00.
