JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Account Coordinator is the primary contact for our providers and members. This position will be responsible for resolving low level issues and escalating higher level issues to the appropriate person. The Account Coordinator will track and monitor the progress of open issues and provide resolution. They will also assist Account Manager with client issues and tasks as assigned. |
